This qualification will support career progression from operative to team leader/supervisory level occupation within the waste `resource and construction industry.

Delivery will be via a combination of workplace assessment, classroom delivery and self-study, typically equating to 9 hours per month.

End Point Assessment (EPA)
Once the Employer and On Programme Assessor determine the individual is ready for their EPA, a formal meeting will be held to plan an End Point Assessment with an Independent End Assessor.
